Highly recommend a detox cooking class with Belen. Her food is just so tasty and you feel no guilt eating it because it is so healthy. The best thing about this class was that I came away with recipes that i was able to make myself at home!

I would highly recommend Belen’s cookery class. A lovely relaxed setting in her own kitchen and opportunity to sample foods that are in season as we progressed through class. She is very knowledgeable and demonstrates a variety of ways to introduce more nutritious foods into our diets. Additionally her tips on where to shop and what to buy are hugely helpful. I am very happy that I did the class.

3hrs long interactive class where participants are involved in food preparation, cooking and tasting. Plenty of opportunities to ask questions and gain an understanding of a variety of foods and how to incorporate them into the diet. Handouts with recipes provided on the day.
