Plant-Based Family Recipes
Food is always my first line of intervention. As a token for landing on my website, I am offering a compilation of 36 plant-based recipes (free download). Why plant-based? Plant-based meals revolve around vegetables, wholegrains, legumes, nuts, seeds and fruits - all of which are food groups we should be eating more of (said not just by me but by most health authorities!). Unless otherwise stated, recipes are vegan, vegetarian, gluten and dairy free.
I created these meals with nutritional value, tastiness, and your family demands in mind.
