1. Book
To book your appointment, please get in touch at info@belenoptimumhealth.com. If unable to attend, please call or email. Free reschedule 48hrs before the appointment. Failed appointments incur a fee.

2. Complete
Complete a health questionnaire and send them back via email at least 24hr prior to the consultation.

3. INITIAL CONSULTATION
Info gathering session to understand your story, symptoms and goals. I will share my understanding of your health imbalances and discuss a practical, achievable health optimisation plan (HOP). Functional lab testing and/or supplementation may be considered.

4. YOUR HOP
Receive by email your HOP within 48hrs. It may include personalised nutritional recommendations, stress balance advice and motivational tips. It will include tailored recipes too. Supplementation and/or lab testing may be required.

5. CONTINOUS SUPPORT
In-between consultations support by email. Note that clarifications relating to particular aspects of the diet/recommended foods or supplementation are welcomed. However, you need to book with me if new symptoms, health developments or tests arise.
