I am Belén, a Baby colic specialist working exclusively with Children's Nutrition and Craniosacral therapy. I hold diplomas in Nutritional therapy, Craniosacral therapy and Integrative Baby therapy as well as a MSc in Personalised Nutrition.

Over the past 15 years I have helped hundreds of children and their families with different ailments. As a result, I have learnt about the importance of building strong health foundations. There is so much you as a parent can do naturally to make this happen!
