I look for the root cause leading to signs and symptoms of poor health and use natural tools offered by nutrition and craniosacral therapy.

I am Belén, a registered Nutritional therapist with an MSc in Personalised Nutrition, Craniosacral therapist, Integrative Baby Therapy practitioner, and a mum of 3.
