One-of-a-kind retreat that combines the benefits of daily yoga and meditation with the power of good nutrition and food for women’s health.
Our 3 day/2night programme comprises a total of 4 yoga and meditation sessions, 2 nutrition and healthy cooking classes plus daily vegetarian meals so that when you go home you feel healthier, centred, motivated and armed with a new range of tools to face daily life.
With our full body and mind approach will meet you where you are, and you will also feel nurtured and supported by the group. We have learnt from previous retreats how powerful this combination can be. We just can not wait to have you there!
The morning Yoga Flow and Meditation class is centred on movements coordinated with the breath. Agata will remind you to bring your awareness back to the breath which will allow you to go deeper into the experience of being one with the body energy and mind. This class focuses on rejuvenation and gentle warming, starting the fire within the body that transforms. As cyclical moon creatures, we will work on getting rid of the old, and making space to bring the new.
The evening Restorative Yoga revolves around resting yoga poses and deep relaxation.
Additionally, guided meditations are a lovely way to let go and be guided by Agata’s soothing voice to enter a deep relaxing state of awareness.
Participants will attend 2 (2hr long each) Nutrition and Healthy Cooking classes where they will be involved in food preparation, cooking and tasting.
Recipes will feature feel-good foods for women and discover the secret of balanced meals including healthy fats, carbs and snacks.
Participants will receive a handout with all the recipes.
The aim is to spark creativity and motivation to make healthy choices and cook delicious meals long after the retreat.

Rock Farm is an organic farm in the heart of Boyne Valley. We will reside in the Lime House, an eco guesthouse.
The house has beautiful communal space where we will be practising Yoga and learning about nutrition and healthy cooking.
And 6 lovely and spacious bedrooms. 4 of them en suite, 2 rooms with shared bathroom. All rooms have 3 beds .
A truly ideal setting for anyone seeking reconnection to self, peaceful time and inner nourishment.

Meet the Instructors
Agata Rossini
Agata has been practising and teaching Yoga for the last 14 years, although her work with studying body, movement and wellness stretches throughout all her life.
Her preferred teaching styles are Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hatha, Restorative Yoga, Iyengar and Yin. She teaches mediation and conversations with body. She is passionate about energy, moon and nature, which she brings all to the mat creating unique, deeply restorative, and transformational experiences.
She is passionate about healing movement, somatic movement and free dance.
Driven by her intuition, her classes are versatile and adapted to all levels. Every class blends elements of meditation, breath and easy energy work, movement and asanas adapted to group abilities, and deep guided relaxation – resulting in leaving the class feeling renewed, restored and often transformed.
Agata possesses broad experience with women around their childbearing years, fertility, pregnancy, post-delivery and motherhood.
She opened FitMum.ie, in 2009 as an instrument to promote and spread wellness for mums and mums to be.
Belén works with families to optimise their health through nutrition and craniosacral therapy. A qualified Nutritional Therapist from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), she also holds a certification in Functional Medicine by the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). Belén offers personalised nutritional advice from her clinic in Malahide since 2017. She believes in the absolute power of food for health and specialises in gut health and the microbiome. Mother of three, she has a passion for creating tasty and nutritious recipes and regularly runs healthy cooking classes. Belén is also qualified in craniosacral therapy, Pre and perinatal psychology and has a certification in Mindfulness.

After receiving your payment, you will be added to the retreat’s whatsupp group. Communications about the retreat will be made via text.
Terms
Places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Note that we are only taking a small group of 15 people. Hence, the loss of one participant can have a big impact on our finances. Please inform us if you cannot attend or need to cancel at least 1 week before the start. Otherwise, we will keep the full amount of your booking.
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat a week before the start if there are insufficient numbers. In such case, we will fully reimburse those who had already booked.
