Lower Gut

Thank you for taking the time to do this test.

The gut holds billions of essential bacteria that helps us absorb nutrients and keep immunity and metabolism in check. The gut has an impact on the brain as well.

Cumulative factors (as early as in utero and post-birth) can interfere with a child’s healthy gut bacteria and function, such as eating the wrong foods, exposure to toxins, antibiotics and unresolved stress/trauma. This is an area for you to pay attention.

A number of dietary and eating strategies can restore a child’s gut ecology, e.g., consumption of anti-inflammatory foods, increase of microbiota-fuelling fibre and stress-reducing practices like deep breathing and craniosacral therapy to balance the nervous system.
